After-school Programs

Looking for something fun to do on early dismissal days? Join our after-school program at The Dance Academy of Puyallup!

Students grades 1st - 6th are invited to enroll in our exciting program every Wednesday after-school.  Students can take one class or two. Choose from Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop. Students can take two Hip Hop classes, Ballet and Jazz or mix and match dance styles! We feature small class sizes and experienced teachers in a warm and supportive atmosphere. How much does your Wednesday program cost? 

The program has a one time $25.00 registration fee and there is the option of taking one class for $49 per month or two classes (the full program experience plus team building!) at $98 per month

Is there any transportation for this Wednesday program? 

There will be transportation from Woodland and Zeiger to The Dance Academy provided by the Puyallup School District, but you must provide your own transportation after class. Pick up time for if they are taking one class is 1:50. Pick up time if they are taking two classes is 3:30 pm.  Check the Puyallup School District website for information on the correct bus to ride (if applicable). A note has to be on file with the student's teacher and the school office in order for them to be allowed to ride to The Dance Academy on Wednesdays.  

What is the dress code for the Wednesday program? 

Students will need to be properly dressed for the program with a black color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.  Students are allowed to wear ballet skirts for ballet class and black jazz pants for jazz class. For Hip Hop attire (Comfortable clothing to include a t shirt/tank and shorts.  Shoes need to have a non-mark making sole; they need to be clean and not worn outside). The students will be allowed to change when they arrive from school into their leotard and tights.
