TUMBLING ARCO CAMP

*suggested age for this camp is 6-17

Tumbling camp provides the perfect foundation for students developing new skills and
those that are trying to reach a higher level skill such as an aerial, back handspring,
and tucks. Our seasoned tumbling professionals will provide the perfect combination of
strength, conditioning, and acrobatic/tumbling technique for perfect form. Our teachers
can help you with everything from a forward roll to a back tuck.
Our studio provides the highest level of instruction and features equipment
including:
 A “Tunbl Trak”
 Professional Tumbling Mats
 Spring Boards
 Wedge Mats
 Bag Mats
 Backhand Spring Trainors
 Beams and other related professional equipment designed for tumbling and acrobatics!
We have two sections. Beginning tumbling and intermediate/advanced acro.
A standing back walk over is required for intermediate/advanced
